Payment Processing

  • Payment is processed through Razorpay as a third-party payment processor.
  • TSDC does not directly store card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
  • Razorpay may process guest contact and transaction information under its own privacy terms.
  • TSDC stores only booking and payment identifiers necessary for reservations, receipts, support and recordkeeping.

Privacy Commitments

  • TSDC does not sell or rent personal information.
  • Access is limited to authorized team members.
  • Event-specific administrators can access only their assigned event's data.
  • Historical manual payment proof records remain private where they exist.
  • Essential booking emails are separate from optional promotional emails.
  • TSDC records the privacy notice version, essential-email consent, promotional-email consent and consent timestamp.

Retention and Requests

  • Data is retained only as long as required for event administration, recordkeeping and applicable obligations.
  • Guests may request correction or deletion where applicable.
  • Guests may withdraw promotional-email consent by contacting TSDC.
  • External services such as Gmail, Razorpay and Instagram operate under their own privacy policies.

Basic Website Analytics

  • TSDC records aggregated first-party counts for page views, booking steps, booking-status lookups and waitlist signups.
  • Analytics do not store guest names, full email addresses, mobile numbers, payment IDs, ticket QR data, detailed IP addresses or advertising cookies.
  • Traffic sources are grouped only as Instagram, Direct, Search, Referral or Other.
